Please discuss the usage of the outlet control valve in the stripping tower, as well as the manufacturer, the material of the valve and the operating conditions under which it is used, along with the pressure and temperature levels.
As a supplementary note, the liquid output from the stripping tower in the reform of the high-pressure loop for the full aqueous solution circulation is at a temperature of 203°
It is understood that due to the large pressure difference before and after the valve, erosion is severe. Therefore, the performance of valves from most manufacturers is poor. However, overall, imported ones are a bit better. We imported it, and it has been in use for over 3 years now; so far no major problems have been detected.

Exporting Snam valves is a double guarantee – the valves in my company have been in use for 9 years now and they still perform very well. Temperature: 203 degrees.
This control valve has a large pressure difference, 14 at the inlet. 5MPA, export 0. 3MPA, material 316LMOD; most manufacturers use imported versions, but it can be produced domestically – the 11th Aerospace Research Institute is capable of manufacturing it.
