Exclusion methods: Remove debris, replace damaged rubber gaskets, change the direction of the valve disc ； Compress or replace the packing, close the gate valve or flap valve ； Increase the irrigation volume until no bubbles appear at the vent plug ； Replace the cracked pipe water ； Reduce the head by submerging the pump outlet 0.5 meters underwater. Reason for insufficient flow: The actual head of the water pump exceeds the allowable head ； The rotation speed is not appropriate, or the belt is slipping; the rotation speed is too low ； The installation angle of the axial flow pump blades is too small ； The suction lift is too high ； Local blockage of the bottom valve, pipelines, and impeller, or damage to the impeller ； The water outlet pipe is leaking severely. Exclusion methods: Reduce the head pressure, restore the rated speed, clean the belt of dirt, and adjust the belt tension properly ； Adjust the blade angle and lower the installation height of the water pump ； Tighten the gland, seal any leaks in the water pump, compress the packing or replace it ； Remove blockages and replace the impeller ； Replace the leak ring to seal the leak. Reason for the decrease in flow: The filter screen or nozzle gradually gets clogged with debris ； The dynamic water level has dropped, and the submersion depth of the inlet pipe is insufficient. Exclusion method: Remove debris and increase the water depth below the bottom valve. Reason for water discharge interruption during operation: Obstructions in the pipes or at the water inlet ； Filler wear, loosening, water seal tube blockage ； The impeller is damaged or loose ； The dynamic water level dropped sharply. Exclusion methods: Remove blockages, replace the packing, clear the water conduit trenches, and install the water seal ring correctly ； Tighten or replace the impeller ； Lower the installation position of the water pump, or start it again after the water level rises. Reason for high power consumption: excessive rotation speed ； Pump shaft bent ； The blade is wrapped with debris ； The head is too high. Exclusion method: Adjust to an appropriate speed ； Correct pump shaft ； Remove debris ； Try to reduce the head.
