What causes a roaring sound in a chlorine vaporizer?

(Forwarded) When feeding chlorine into our company’s vaporizer, a sharp hissing sound is produced when the feed reaches 1/2 to 2/3 of the liquid level; sometimes one hissing sound occurs for each tank of chlorine fed in, and other times several hissing sounds occur for each tank. Some say it is caused by the temperature difference during feeding, while others attribute it to a high hydrogen content; however, hydrogen levels in the exhaust gases during the production process range from 1.78% to 3.05%. Friends are welcome to analyze and discuss the reasons for the popping sound that occurs when liquid chlorine enters the carburetor. # ， ， &
If boiling explosion is caused by a temperature difference, there should be no sharp popping sound. There should be no issue of excessive hydrogen content in the vaporization of liquid chlorine; it’s difficult to determine the exact reason. Could it be due to nitrogen trichloride?
When we were repairing the carburetor in the past, we also encountered knocking problems; it turned out that nitrogen trichloride was to blame. But since the knocking is occurring during feeding, have you carried out an alkaline displacement cleaning of the carburetor?
I am very grateful for the replies from my two friends at LS, but apart from nitrogen trichloride, could there be other reasons as well?
