I would like to ask those with more experience: how can we ensure such a low level of carbon dioxide content in the process of low-temperature methanol washing? What kind of parameters need to be paid attention to?
It can be adjusted by regulating the amount of methanol circulating in the carbon dioxide main washing section, but such adjustments can only be made in small amounts!
An adjustment circuit is usually installed in the CO2 washing section, and under normal circumstances this circuit is sufficient to ensure normal production; Additionally, we can also adjust the methanol temperature in the CO2 absorption section by regulating the load of the inter-stage cooler ; We can also adjust the temperature of the circulating lean methanol to control the CO2 concentration!
If the above methods still do not meet the requirements, process gas can be taken from a certain tray in the absorption tower to carry out gas distribution.
