In the event of a sudden shutdown of steam supply, the steam inlet valve and oil inlet valve of the regenerator must be closed first, and the tubular furnace should be extinguished. Won’t the memory oil in the regenerator get clogged? Is it different when there is no slag discharge during shutdown?
It usually doesn’t get congested for 5-6 hours. At this time, if the operation is carried out in the winter in the north, one should be more concerned about whether the oil washing pipelines might get clogged.
People in the dry chemical industry really tolerate the harsh winter weather in the north. It’s really troublesome to start the engine after parking. The landlord needs to specify the climate in your area. It’s hard to say at minus 10 degrees.

It depends on the regeneration method and stage; if it is at the later stage of regeneration, some more washing oil can be added, and generally there is no problem with that
The regenerator doesn’t get clogged; mine has been shut down for over two months without any signs of clogging. When it’s put back into use, steam is supplied and cleaning oil is introduced, so even if it does get clogged, it won’t be a big problem
