I’d like to ask everyone: where does the hydrogen used in the polysilicon production process come from? What is the purity?
What I know is: bought.
The 1500T/N polysilicon line is equipped with specialized electrolytic hydrogen production equipment that generates hydrogen with a purity of over 9%; high standards are applied to parameters such as water content. In daily production, most of the hydrogen used in the reduction and hydrogenation workshops is obtained by purifying it through adsorption in hydrogen adsorption towers located in the exhaust gas recovery and separation units before it is put to use!
