Students, take care of your health:hug: 1. After starting work, I feel that my health is not what it used to be. 2. It’s mainly due to a lack of exercise; back in school there were physical education classes, but now all my time is spent at the desk. 3. The most obvious feature is gaining weight, with the face becoming larger. 4. I certainly don’t want to end up with a beer belly by the age of 30, so those of you who have just started working should take care of your health. Don’t think just because you’re young that you can ignore it – be careful, as illnesses might strike you in the future. 5. Start developing good habits for your body. 6. Drink plenty of water, eat less meat, have breakfast, drink less alcohol, go for runs, take care of your eyes...
Well, the body is very important. I recently got a membership card and plan to stick with it.
Yes~The body is always the most important thing. This year, when I went back, I saw that some of my relatives had made a lot of money and even bought villas. But at 50, they look extremely tired, and they suffer from many illnesses; it’s too much to handle
Actually, time can be made available by finding ways to do so; if you consider something important, then there’s surely a way. The key is to develop an awareness of this issue. People these days are relatively young, so they should be able to handle challenges without problems, but it’s important to keep in mind the relationship between health and work, and to put that into action. Sometimes, taking some time for exercise isn’t a waste of time at all – one should make use of any spare time available.:victory:
Right now, my neck and back feel especially uncomfortable; I’ve only been sitting like this for half a year! Everyone should be careful!
I sometimes feel the same way; I think my body isn’t as strong as it was in school, and I often look pale. Hehe
The body is the capital of revolution; comrades must take good care of it. Going to the packaging workshop to help out from time to time is a good opportunity for training
Everyone knows that good health is important, but not many people manage to keep exercising regularly once they start working.
In youth, one exchanges health for money; in old age, one uses money to buy health. It wasn’t there when I went to bed before 12 o’clock at night.
I am the strongest supporter of this view. During the summary meeting we held some time ago, I said in my closing remarks that those working in the chemical industry must pay close attention to safety, as health is the foundation for everything. During the Spring Festival Gala, didn’t Xiao Shenyang and Lao Zhao discuss what the saddest thing in life is? I don’t think what they said was entirely correct. Do you know what the saddest thing in life is? It’s just that the money hasn’t been earned yet and the person has disappeared, haha. I hope everyone stays healthy in the Year of the Ox; I, as a person from the Northeast, am praying for all of you! May Heaven bless China, and may the country enjoy peace and prosperity!
The weather has been getting better lately; I’m planning to go for a run at night. Wishing everyone good health
Yeah, it’s been almost three years since I started working, and I haven’t exercised much at all. I’ve been experiencing severe pain in my shoulders and back
No matter what job you do, you must exercise regularly!
After only half a year of working, I really feel that my health isn’t as good as it used to be :(
LZ is supported; with a healthy body, all the good things in life follow as well. But once the health declines, all those wonderful things disappear as well.
My body isn’t as strong as it used to be, mainly due to a lack of exercise. The relationship between health and work must be kept in mind and put into action; the key lies in persistence. No matter what job you do, your health is the foundation for revolution (or work); you must exercise regularly! Wish everyone good health!
I completely agree. I already had problems with my cervical spine back in school; I started paying more attention to it and things improved a bit, but I’m too lazy and have never persisted with exercising. Haha, when I’m feeling healthy, I never remember to exercise
Classmates, the weather is getting warmer; let’s start exercising. Never treat it as a burden. Find an exercise method that suits you: victory:
It’s really time to get some exercise! The body is one’s most precious possession!
I feel that my physical condition is far worse than it was when I was in school
