Based on the **Professional Standards – Aluminum Electrolysis Workers**, the content is structured into two parts: basic knowledge and operational skills. The details of each part are as follows: I. Basic Knowledge Section: aluminum electrolysis cell operation, basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity, material handling and flue gas purification, computer control of electrolysis cells, melting of aluminum and aluminum alloys, anode assembly, welding methods, cell construction, quality management, and safe production. II. Operational Skills Section: This section describes the main tasks associated with operating aluminum electrolysis pre-baked cells and self-baked cells, as well as those related to multi-functional units, material transportation and flue gas purification, computer-controlled operation of electrolysis cells, melting of aluminum and aluminum alloys, anode assembly, welding methods, cell construction, quality management, and production management. It also outlines the professional skills that personnel at different levels should possess for each of these tasks. This tutorial was compiled under the leadership of Chinalco Guizhou Enterprise, organized by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and the Vocational Skill Appraisal Guidance Center for the nonferrous metals industry. It is a systematic and comprehensive textbook suitable for skill training at all levels for personnel working in aluminum electrolysis. It can also be used as a teaching material for related majors in vocational schools, and is a recommended training textbook for vocational skill assessment in the non-ferrous metals industry. The book has a total of over 1.7 million words and is divided into two volumes; the price for the entire set (both volumes) is 90 yuan.
