Design of drainage in liquid tank areas

I encountered a problem at work; I hope fellow netizens can help! The design fire protection codes for petrochemical enterprises stipulate that in liquid storage areas, within the same tank group, dikes must be installed between liquids of Class A/B and Class B/A, as well as between these liquids and other liquid tanks. Therefore, should the drainage system within such a tank group consist of separate drainage ditches and sump pits for each area separated by these dikes? I wonder if anyone here has experience in this area of design
There are no regulations on this matter either; for a acid and alkali tank area, separate designs were used.
We have worked on LPG and gasoline tank farms, where the drainage systems are designed separately.
