Experts, please help. On my WICC, I set the background color of one of the icons to gray and the alert color to yellow. But now, under normal conditions, it shows yellow; no matter what I do, the setting doesn’t change. There are also no alerts, and the icon functions normally. What could be the reason for this?
Create another simple graphic that connects to the same tag to see if it changes color. Change – Signal error ； Unchanged – Programming error
Is the poster using WinCC? If the configuration is fine, connect it to the PLC and conduct a practical test
They can all be used normally; how could it be a programming error? If it’s a signal issue, there should be an alarm. There’s no problem at all.
If the bool value of a bit signal corresponds to a color: 1 – Alarm (yellow)； 0 – Safe (gray): Check whether anti-configuration is set ； If it is a character signal, check whether it is the corresponding bit or the appropriate value ； Check whether there are any other programs that set it to 1. An alarm can be created in ALARM LOGGING, allowing the signal status to be monitored in real time from alarm control.
Although there is a background color, you haven’t set the color when no alarm is triggered. Try setting the color for normal conditions
This will also happen if your tag name for alarms and the links are reversed
