Can the slurry agitators for the large and small coal slurry tanks be made domestically? Could you recommend suitable domestic and imported manufacturers?
Yes, our unit uses mixers manufactured by Tangshan Qingyuan Environmental Protection Machinery Co., Ltd. for its coal slurry tanks
It can be produced domestically; the manufacturers include Zhejiang Great Wall Reducer Co., Ltd. and Dalian Sasaki Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd.
The agitators for the small coal slurry tanks can be domestic ones; we use agitators manufactured by Zhejiang Hengfengtai. For the large tanks, it’s better to use agitators of joint-venture origin, and we use Mitto agitators supplied by Shenzhen Fanyang as agents. It should be noted that the material of the blade must be clad with wear-resistant alloy steel (chromium carbide), and its wear condition must be checked regularly
