Dear sea friends, does your workplace practice humanized management? If it is implemented, how will it be implemented? Has the implementation been effective? If there are any issues, we can discuss them! If it’s good, it can serve as a reference for everyone! ! ! !
Nowadays, it’s all claimed to be people-oriented management, but who really knows? Most are state-owned enterprises, and that’s how management works there. . . It is indeed very humane
Now our factory practices humanistic management, allowing us all to submit suggestions, but the workshop and the company rarely respond to those suggestions; it’s just for show! !
Now, humanized management is practiced throughout the country, and it mainly depends on how the leaders of each organization implement it. The higher the rank of the leader, the more thoroughly it is implemented, while school leaders, similar to village officials, suffer from serious bureaucratic problems. To be truly human-centered is difficult!
Humanized management is a rather complex term. If those who are being managed do not meet the conditions necessary to receive such management, one should think carefully before acting, as it might have the opposite effect
These days, every organization is talking about humanization! But how much of it is actually implemented? How many have been successful? Our factory is a private enterprise, where both the workers and the bosses treat each other like enemies! True humanization is no easy task~
Humanization is easy to talk about but hard to put into practice; personally, I think strict rules are better for management.
Humanized management is aimed at thoroughly implementing the people-oriented work philosophy. Our approach is to strive to create a harmonious working environment and adhere to work principles. From the perspective of implementation, it still remains at a superficial level, with some deeper implications not being reflected. There are various reasons for this; it’s not easy to change managers’ mindsets right away. Let’s hope this work will continue to develop.
What does being human-centered mean? It means that the company keeps asking employees to work overtime, yet you, with a humane attitude, work overtime without complaint and without expecting any payment
I thought it was me who was confused! ! ! ! ! They all look the same! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Our company is all about humanity every day – humanity, nothing but humanity! ! ! Could it really be that when we reach that position, we will be just like them? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
