Oil and gas pipes are severely coked. How do all units clear the coke? Please discuss this. We went in and smashed it manually, which was very laborious and the effect was not good. After the construction started, the oil slurry heat exchanger would often become clogged. Is there a better way? What are the acceptance criteria for decoking oil and gas pipes?
Everyone is like you, organizing young commandos to go in and smash it. . . There is currently no better way, just clean it manually. . . :lol
You can also use more than 500 kilograms of high-pressure water to remove coke. There is special equipment for this.
There is no good way to clear the coke of large oil and gas lines, all of which are done manually. The best way is to take measures to reduce coking of oil and gas lines. Measures to reduce coking of oil and gas lines include: 1. Large oil and gas pipelines use cold wall type, and the temperature drop shall not exceed 5℃. 2 The gas flow rate of large oil and gas pipelines is 35~45 m/s. 3. Shorten the length of large oil and gas pipelines as much as possible, and provide a slope for the condensed liquid to automatically flow into the fractionation tower. 4. Large oil and gas pipelines should have as few elbows as possible, the length should be as short as possible, and the pressure drop should be as small as possible (not more than 15KPa). 5 For large oil and gas pipelines, use a large curvature radius elbow at the reactor outlet and a small curvature radius elbow at the fractionation tower inlet, and keep the distance between the elbow and the fractionation tower inlet as short as possible.
For large devices, manual cleaning or high-pressure water gun flushing can be used, while small devices can only be flushed with high-pressure water.
There are now specialized defocusing equipment and companies that can defocus quickly and with good quality. In addition, before starting the installation of the large oil and gas line and adding a blind plate, use the main air to blow the large oil and gas line and fix it with an iron sheet. * * blue position to prevent blown debris from entering the fractionation tower. Also prevent blown debris from injuring people.
All coking parts of our equipment are cleaned manually: Cyclone, riser, large oil and gas line, bottom of fractionation tower and other parts.
Nowadays, there are professional high-pressure cleaning equipment in China for cleaning, which saves time and effort, and the cleaning effect is very good. Our unit outsourced a professional cleaning team for maintenance in 2007, and the quality is very good. It is too difficult to handle manually and it is impossible to clean it too clean. It is recommended that units with such needs contact "Beijing Tongjie Equipment Cleaning Co., Ltd.", which has professional equipment and professionals. I have their specific contact number.

I agree with the views and measures of Langzhitianya. In fact, the main reason is that the people in the design institute are lazy and have not changed the design concept. They still use the old method to calculate the pipe diameter and flow rate of the oil and gas pipeline. In addition to the operational reasons and the form of pipeline insulation, the biggest reason for coking is that the designed pipeline diameter is large and the flow rate is slow, so coking occurs. I wonder if you have noticed that the pressure of the settler and the pressure drop at the bottom of the fractionation tower did not increase much from the start of the operation to the final shutdown. We had a similar situation here before. Every time we stopped work, we had to clean it. This was also a problem caused by falling focus. After some research, I no longer cleaned it up and it was used quite well. In fact, when those cokes reach a certain level, that is to say, when the line speed is reached, they will no longer coke. Just kidding, if it gets scorched, it's better to keep it warm. Haha :P
The large oil and gas pipelines of our catalytic device have hot walls, and we use high-pressure water guns to clear the coke after shutdown. This method is more convenient, faster and safer than manual cleaning. However, this method cannot be used for large cold wall oil and gas pipelines.
Cold wall oil and gas pipelines are equipped with heat-insulating and wear-resistant linings, which can only be cleaned manually, not by high-pressure water jets. The main reason is that the thermal insulation and wear-resistant lining will fail when exposed to water and the lining will fall off. Hot wall oil and gas pipelines are installed with thermal insulation materials on the outside, and manual decoking and high-pressure water jet decoking can be used. In order to facilitate the timely transportation of the removed coke out of the oil and gas line, manholes can be installed on the side of the oil and gas line.
We use high-pressure water guns to de-coke large hot-wall oil and gas pipelines, which are also done by professional companies.; As for the cold wall, you cannot use water to clean it, so you probably have to rely on manpower. But large oil and gas pipelines with cold walls are said to have a much less coking tendency.
