Software in Excel for linking pipeline property tables, pipe segment tables, and comprehensive material tables

I was wondering: is it possible, in Excel, for once I have filled in the pipe properties table, the corresponding information can be automatically generated in the pipe segment table? Once I fill in the pipe section table, can I directly generate the comprehensive material table? Is this achievable?
Please be more detailed – how is it implemented?
This software should be available in the design institute, but I’m not sure which supervisor can upload it.

I first prepared the \"Pipe Segment and Fittings Table.\" Based on this table, it is possible to directly generate the \"Pipeline Properties Table,\" the \"Pipeline Outer Surface Anti-corrosion Materials Table,\" and the \"Pipeline Insulation Materials Table.\" The \"Comprehensive Materials Table\" can also be created with just one click. However, for each different project I have to modify the code; I learned VBA programming to do this work. At first, I was interested in Excel; after becoming proficient with formulas, I learned some basic VBA programming skills and that was enough to get by. I think it’s probably not suitable for those who are not familiar with Excel!
This is relatively simple, but the starting and ending points of the pipes as well as the pressure levels still need to be set manually. Overall, using EXCEL can save half the effort compared to CAD
I hope there will be such a program.
