Reboiler tube bundle leakage issue

The reboiler of our plant’s distillation tower developed tube bundle leakage within less than 3 days of use. Heating is achieved using heat transfer oil; the maximum operating temperature of this oil is 210 degrees, while the maximum operating temperature of the working medium is 180 degrees. The medium consists of chloroform + DMAC, with DMAC being the resulting product. The thermal resistance temperature sensor at the reboiler outlet is also having problems. The material of the thermal resistor is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the damage to the sensor occurs on one side only. There are two views now. The first is corrosion; those who hold this view believe it is caused by corrosion. The second theory is that it is caused by the high-speed flow of air. Could corrosion and erosion really cause such destructive effects in such a short time?
