Equipment patrol inspections should be carried out by workshop technicians at least once a day. 3. Handling of Inspection Results 1. Inspection personnel should keep inspection records, and report problems found to the workshop organization for processing in a timely manner. If the workshop cannot handle or have major equipment problems, they should report them to the Mobile Equipment Department and the company's supervisor in a timely manner. 2. The Mobile Equipment Division participates in the formulation of major maintenance plans. 3. The implementation of equipment patrol inspections will be assessed by the Equipment Department, and the assessment results will be included in the economic responsibility system of each workshop. 4. Within the management scope of this device, scientific inspections must be conducted at least three times a week. The switches in the distribution room made no noise, and the doors and windows were not damaged. Check whether the instruments and relays indicate normal conditions, whether there are any changes in the equipment, and whether the contacts of various parts are loose or overheated. All defects discovered during scientific inspection must be recorded, carefully filled in in the inspection record, and reported and dealt with in a timely manner.
