Since the brothers in charge of IT have a high level of computer expertise, I’m posting here: My laptop is currently connected to the wireless network. Last night, when I connected it to the wired network, I found that I couldn’t access web pages, but I was still able to use QQ. I’m not sure what the reason is, so I’m asking everyone here what could be the cause and if there are any good solutions. It worked well with an Ethernet cable before. It’s probably due to poisoning or something; uninstall IE and reinstall it, or install another browser
It works fine with a wireless network; it can be opened. Is it a problem with some setting? ?
It might be a problem with the internet speed; the connection is too poor.

It still doesn’t work. I just downloaded an update, but it’s still not possible to access it. Please help me again. I don’t think it’s a virus issue; if it were a virus, I wouldn’t be able to access websites over the wireless network either. Right now, I can access websites using the wireless network.
It is likely that no DNS server has been set up, which causes the above issue. Check if there are any DNS server settings for the local connection; if it’s using DHCP, the settings should be set automatically. If the IP address was set manually, then find out the DNS server address and enter it accordingly.

QQ connects directly to its own website; it should be connecting to the IP address directly, without the need for DNS domain name resolution. . . I don’t know anything else. :lol
