The choice of material should be based on the properties of the medium, operating temperature, and operating pressure. When the working pressure is high or the medium is moderately hazardous, flammable, and explosive, seamless steel pipes should be used. However, seamless steel pipes are generally used when manufacturing containers. Strengthening calculations are required when the opening diameter is greater than 100 mm.
Our company uses 16MnR(R+HIC), not the ordinary 16MnR.
