I recently encountered a problem while creating a table of material specifications for pipes: when choosing a standard for these pipes, should I use the inspection standard GB/T3087-1999, or should I opt for the wall thickness standard HG20553? I would appreciate some advice from those who are more experienced in this area.
It should be the inspection standard GB/T3087-1999; with this standard, you can purchase pipes that meet the corresponding inspection requirements. HG20553 is merely a standard for pipe dimensions, and stainless steel can also use this standard.
The inspection standard GB/T3087-1999 must be selected! As for whether to use HG20553 as the standard for pipe walls, the nominal series of the pipes in the grade table requires detailed specification of the pipe’s outer diameter and wall thickness.
