Filtering – Remove mechanical impurities from the air through filtering, and primary and medium-efficiency filters are usually sufficient for this purpose. To achieve a further sterilizing effect, high-efficiency methods must be used; both cold air and hot air, as mentioned later, need to be filtered in order to ensure product quality. 2. Heating: This is the hot air section, where the gas is filtered and its temperature is increased through a heat exchanger; this reduces the air temperature, thereby creating the dry hot gas required for drying. 3. Cooling: This refers to the cold air section, where the gas is filtered; when the product is heat-sensitive and requires a low humidity level, an surface cooler is used for cooling purposes. 4. Dehumidification: In the dehumidification section, and when it is necessary for the product, a circulating dehumidification system can be used to ensure that the materials are thoroughly dried; this may involve a dehumidifier equipped with desiccant silica gel.
