Development of construction plan?

The company has recently required that a construction plan must be formulated before new construction, renovation, and expansion. However, it has never been done before, and there is no specific format and template. I am afraid that the plan formulated does not include all aspects and will not be as effective as it should be. Didn’t you have a plan to keep a bottom line before? If the project is large, it can be entrusted to the construction unit and design unit. All you need to do is write down some specific construction hot-fire handover plans and technical project renovation plans. If the specific drawings are large, entrust it to the design unit. If the project is small, you can attach a simplified drawing and submit it to the relevant superior department, which will handle it.
Under normal circumstances, the construction plan should be formulated by the construction unit, not the non-construction unit! !
