I have a question for everyone: is it necessary to conduct a bidding process when purchasing a boiler? For example, if we want to install two boilers, and we have learned from various sources that a certain manufacturer produces high-quality boilers, can we contact that manufacturer directly to make a purchase? Is the bidding process necessary? Are there any policies or regulations in this regard? Thank you all.
It seems there are no regulations in this regard; as long as one meets the requirements and has the necessary qualifications to produce such things, it’s fine. I’m not sure what kind of organization the LZ belongs to
