I wonder if anyone has accurate formulas for calculating the physical properties of water, such as its specific volume, viscosity, and latent heat of condensation
Such formulas are thoroughly covered in various manuals, and moreover, all the necessary data is also available; there’s no need to calculate them oneself!
It’s in some manual; could you send it to me? The manual I was looking at contained only data tables; there were no fitting formulas in it.

It's also good to write your own program to check material properties; you can learn a lot from it. At the very least, the activity coefficients, eccentricity factors, and so on were carefully checked.
