I think there is something wrong with the instrument. The interlock setting may be wrong. Please check it carefully. It's best to come here and tell everyone after you find out the reason. :)

Did the pressure relief valve open accidentally? There is something wrong with the instrument part, such as the wind is gone or the purification air pipeline is blocked. If all the relief valves are open, it is probably a problem with the interlock unit.

Check whether there is water in the on-site valve positioner junction box, causing a short circuit and causing the valve to open.

Pressure relief is generally nothing to worry about. The design considers the pressure relief of the device. There should be a pressure relief test before starting work for the first time. It should be noted that when relieving pressure, the external operator should pay attention to inspect some flanges with high temperature and high pressure, such as high-replacement flanges. If these places change quickly, they are prone to leakage. We have had this happen several times. Pressure relief has little effect on the catalyst, so don't worry too much. As long as the gas phase is not reversed, it will damage the catalyst. Of course, the less stress relief the better, after all, it is easy to cause some accidents.
It is a safety valve that opens when the pressure is not specified. The main reasons are (1) The spring adjustment pressure of the spring-type safety valve is insufficient, the spring fails or the elastic force is insufficient. It should be a gas line or circuit problem with the pressure relief valve. This problem sometimes occurs. The 2.1MPA/MIN pressure relief will have an impact on the catalyst, but it is within the allowable range.
