What issues are you most concerned about when formulating wage laws?
Salary, taxes, how much you can get in the end!
Taxation is of course the most important thing, and some basic protections can make the poor rich anyway. It is best for the rich to pay more taxes:) :)
What I worry about most is whether it is fair or not, and I am often disappointed!
Just don’t be eclectic. Wages should be raised. Taxes are already high enough, so they can’t be raised, right? !
What I care most about is the money I get and whether the workload is coordinated.
Regulations have been enacted, but how effective are their implementations? It can’t be worse than when it was not formulated!
The labor law was promulgated, but we still work three shifts. The same is true for wage laws. The key is that there is no supervision mechanism. China lacks everything except people. If you don’t do it, there will be plenty of people to do it.
