What does non-supervised pressure vessel mean?

I saw a storage tank today. The nameplate on it said "non-monitored pressure vessel". What does this mean? Where does it come from? Thanks!
:L Did the poster make a mistake? Is there such a nameplate? Does it indicate a non-metallic monitoring pressure vessel?
It's obviously not a non-metallic can...
According to Article 3 of the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations", the production (including design, manufacturing, installation, modification, maintenance, the same below), use, inspection and supervision of special equipment shall comply with these Regulations, except as otherwise provided in these Regulations. * * This regulation does not apply to the safety supervision of equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, railway locomotives, offshore facilities and ships, and special equipment used in coal mines. The supervision and management of the installation and use of hoisting machinery at housing construction sites and municipal engineering construction sites shall be implemented by the construction administrative department in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. * * This regulation does not apply to the safety supervision of equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, railway locomotives, offshore facilities and ships, and special equipment used in coal mines. Does it belong to a category of pressure vessels in this type of industry? I don’t know the definition of non-monitored pressure vessels, so I can only discuss it blindly.
The origin is hard to say, but it is probably to differentiate it from the scope of equipment governed by the "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations".
Compared with the pressure vessels under supervision, it does not need to be marked on the nameplate, which refers to pressure vessels that comply with Article 2, paragraph 2, in terms of volume regulations.
