Enterprise Overview of the Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve Division of the 704th Research Institute of CSSC: Our institute was established in 1956 and is affiliated with the China State Shipbuilding Corporation; it is a national defense research institution based in Shanghai. The electro-hydraulic servo valve is a key component of electrical-hydraulic servo control systems, used for controlling position, speed, acceleration, and force. Through the unremitting efforts of several generations, the CSDY type jet tube electro-hydraulic servo valve produced by our institute has become a series of products. Our products feature a compact structure, small size, long service life, strong resistance to pollution, fast dynamic response, excellent resolution, and a wide range of applicable operating pressures. They are widely used in fields such as aviation, navigation, metallurgy, chemicals, light textiles, plastic processing, petroleum refining, testing machinery, power station equipment, and robotics. The servo valves produced by my company are the only ones in China to possess independent intellectual property rights in terms of their jet tube design. Performance: At present, my company is capable of producing over 2,000 such servo valves per year. The usage of plastic machinery in this industry is also increasing steadily, and Qinchuan Plastic Machinery has been used as a complementary solution since the early 1990s, with great satisfaction ; Taizhou Shengda Machinery has started purchasing large quantities of the CSDM631 valves produced by my company this year, to replace similar products from foreign company M. The unique jet tube amplifier structure can pass through 200μm pollution particles without clogging, offering strong resistance to contamination. 3. With the same performance, its price is relatively lower compared to the products of Company M in the United States, which helps to reduce operating costs. Our products: CSDY series: flow rates range from 2L to 200L at 21MPa, and it can be used within a pressure range of 0.5~31.5MPa. CSDM series: It can completely replace foreign company M’s 761, 631 and other series of servo valves; its jet tube design provides improved resistance to contamination and enables high-precision control. CSDK series: Filter is externally connected, offering greater resistance to contamination. Even if the valve becomes clogged, the filter can be removed and cleaned by oneself, after which the valve can be used again.
