Answer the question

Does the response to the daily question need to be reviewed? Two were sent in the morning, but they’re still not showing up by afternoon? Should I send another one that still needs review? Not shown yet? Is there a problem with the system? Are there other reasons? If there is a reason, why wasn’t it explained?
I’ve encountered this problem before as well; I originally thought it was a measure to prevent too many repeated posts, but I’m not sure what’s going on
