Specifications for Incoming Inspection of Rubber Footpads 1 Purpose and Scope These inspection specifications are intended to ensure that the quality of the rubber footpads purchased by our company meets the required standards. These inspection specifications apply to rubber footpads manufactured by Hanwang Manufacturing Co., Ltd., unless otherwise specified. 2 Reference documents: These work specifications are based on the company’s procedural documents such as the \"Control Procedures for Incoming Material Inspection,\" the \"Specifications for Visual and Dimensional Inspection of Electronic Products (including components),\" as well as relevant reliability test data, technical and design parameters, and the GB2828 sampling procedures. 3 Specifications: 3.1 Testing tools and instruments: vernier caliper; 3.2 Defect classification and definitions: Category A: Critical quality characteristics of a single unit of product do not meet the specified requirements, or the quality characteristics of such a unit are severely non-compliant. Category B: The important quality characteristics of the individual product do not meet the specified requirements, or the quality characteristics of the individual product fail to meet those requirements to a significant extent. Category C: The general quality characteristics of the individual product do not meet the specified requirements, or the quality characteristics of the individual product are slightly below the specified standards. 3.3 Basis for judgment: Sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with GB2828 standard, using general inspection level II ; AQL: 0 for Class A defects, 0.4 for Class B defects, and 1.0 for Class C defects. 3.4 List of inspection items, standards, and defect classifications.
