Our factory basically cleans the electrodes with pure water every day. Personally, I feel that there is no way to control the salt formation and I can only clean it frequently and perform manual analysis.

Good waste equipment does not measure accurately and starts flushing every shift, but it does not work. The instrument personnel can’t understand it either, and it’s basically been abandoned now and no longer needs to be operated manually.
