For the lighting used in coal stick production, the switches should be separate; it is necessary to turn them off when visibility is good during the day, as they should not remain on all the time. 4 To avoid freezing or idling, the operation must be carried out carefully to prevent the nozzle from getting blocked. If the raw material blocks the nozzle orifice, the nozzle must be removed for cleaning before reassembly. The level of current should be controlled by the amount of feed to ensure quality. Avoid idling caused by overloading or insufficient feeding. 5. If the downtime is long, it is best to shut down the machine. When prolonged downtime occurs due to issues such as supply problems or mechanical failures, it is advisable to stop the coal rod feeding machine. Since coal stick machines typically have a power capacity of 75 kW, they consume 1.25 kwh of electricity per minute, and this amount of electricity is sufficient for the machine to produce 83 kg of coal sticks. 6 When starting the motor, do not do so abruptly or under load. Starting the coal rod machine abruptly or under load also results in power waste; it is estimated that abrupt starting consumes 6 to 7 times more electricity than normal operation. 7. Hard objects such as iron should be kept away from the coal rod machine. This machine is highly sensitive to small amounts of hard materials like iron; in mild cases, these can block the nozzle opening, resulting in an increase in electrical current ; In severe cases, it not only damages the bearings and gearbox but also burns out the motor. 8 Regularly check the power supply and remove dust; the coal rod area has a lot of dust accumulated there. After being used for a period of time, motors and distribution cabinets should be inspected to remove any accumulated dust. Before starting up each time, check the motor terminals to ensure that the wires and power supply are in good condition. 9 Choose the right motor model: To achieve energy savings, selecting the appropriate type of motor is the most fundamental factor. Therefore, it is necessary to select the most power-efficient and highest-performance motor based on the requirements of the coal rod machine and production processes, in order to ensure an optimal configuration.
