I only know that the drying equipment is very advanced; does anyone know anything about other aspects such as benefits and career development? What kind of company is its Nanjing branch? Are they strong? Thank you!
Isn’t this company that good? No one knows
It seems their requirements are quite high; I applied to their company but still haven’t received a response
In Lanzhou, those from the former Ministry of Chemical Industry have strong capabilities and top-notch technology
Let me tell you, there are big differences in salaries among various departments at Tianhua; those in the design department earn high salaries, with an annual salary of 60,000 to 70,000 yuan being quite common. Just to remind you, if you come from a prestigious university, you’ll be able to end up in a better department; if your school is not good, you might end up in the workshop, sharing the same conditions as the workers.
““Tianhua’s design units” means that the design work is relatively better done in those various departments? Is the quality of what’s produced not very good? Does Tianhua have many factories of its own?
Tianhua is pretty good. Its headquarters are in Lanzhou; some students go there after completing their bachelor’s degree and then proceed to pursue their master’s degree there. It seems to be a fairly strong institution, with branches in Nanjing, Suzhou, and Shandong as well.
Lanzhou Tianhuali’s design department and production workshops deal with the manufacture of heat exchangers, drying equipment, and it seems they are also involved in chemical engineering design.
Here’s what I know about it: 1. During postgraduate studies, the allowance is 800 per month, but one must stay there for 5 years. 2. The location is not good; it’s said to give a desolate feeling. A classmate who was originally planning to pursue postgraduate studies had all the necessary arrangements in place, but became afraid at the last moment and decided not to go. If the owner’s home is nearby, it could be considered an option, as the facilities for chemistry and engineering are quite good.
How is their company’s Nanjing branch?
Hehe, same question. I have a master’s degree. I heard that a new factory is going to be built in Nanjing; I wonder if there is a design department there?
The design block is okay, and the mechanical aspect seems good too. I had also looked up some information before.
