Bending of high-pressure steam pressure tap pipe

The high-pressure steam from our on-site compressor is at 3.5 MPa; there is a bent pipe in the vertical section of the pressure lead pipe. I’m not sure whether this bend serves a purpose related to expansion, or if it has some other function.
Excuse me, upstairs – what is the purpose of the condensed steam? ! Prevents high-temperature steam from damaging the pressure gauge! ?
It’s standard practice: when the temperature of the medium being measured exceeds 60 degrees, a condensation coil or condenser is required

Condense the steam to prevent high-temperature steam from coming into direct contact with the pressure gauge.
