Can an electric demister be used for the treatment of chlorinated exhaust gases?

Hello everyone. I’m at Shi*, and the gas composition is as follows: 87.9% hydrogen chloride; 5% acetic acid; 1.5% monochloroacetic acid; 0.6% dichloroacetic acid; 2% acetyl chloride; 2% chlorine gas; and 1% sulfur dioxide. I would like to use an electrostatic mist eliminator for gas purification – what types of gases can this device handle? What about those that don’t work?
