When the mass of liquid oxygen in the product that enters the oxygen tank is not lower than the specified value, there are certain differences in the composition of the gas and liquid phases, but these can be ignored. Another possibility is that, during the filling of the tank truck, improper handling leads to contamination of the liquid in the storage tank. It is recommended to look for the cause in this area (which falls under operational management).
