This year, 60 fresh graduates will be recruited, mainly for frontline operations, and most of them will be males. At current oil prices, it is indeed very difficult to achieve economic benefits under conditions of low load and short operating time. However, it is necessary to achieve 1,000 hours of continuous and stable high-load operation within the year, in order to provide reliable technical and economic parameters for the introduction of the second and third production lines.
