I need a screw pump with a head between 8.5MPa-10MPa and a flow rate of 100L/h. If the flow rate is not so small, the flow rate can be larger if the head is satisfied. The medium of the pump is additive, which is weakly corrosive, so the best material is 317 or 316. The traffic is too small. Take a look at our pump manual. The pressure and material are no problem. It is difficult to handle such small traffic.
As far as I know, screw pumps do not seem to be suitable for the high head and low flow conditions you mentioned, but reciprocating pumps and high-speed pumps are more suitable. Why must you choose a screw pump?

The high-speed pump probably stalled in less than half a day in my case. This pump is for adding additives. The main feed pumps are five high-speed pumps with 350KW motors. The plunger pump breaks down once in less than 3 days, which is annoying.
