Dear moderators and technical experts: Hello everyone! In line with the principles of regulating forum discussions and promoting the development of various sections, a set of rules has been drafted. Before they are put into effect, we invite everyone to share their opinions, contribute to the quality of discussions on the forum, and work together to ensure the proper management of our platform. link: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/viewthread.php?tid=412881&page=1&extra=page%3D1 Thank you! A prominent feature of the foreign language section is its warm and harmonious atmosphere for communication; every member of this section must contribute to maintaining such a positive atmosphere. Any aggressive remarks or replies that disrupt the atmosphere of the forum must be strictly punished. Technical exchanges should be centered around technology; each member can freely express their opinions and views on the issues at hand, but personal attacks are absolutely not permitted! I strongly support the original poster’s suggestion! !
According to the original poster, it is necessary to maintain the atmosphere of communication in the foreign language section and control the quality of posts. Create a satisfactory platform for everyone’s communication
Do my best to contribute to maintaining the forum’s communication, management, and atmosphere! ! Aggressive language is strictly prohibited! ! 1. It is recommended to add requirements for posting topic threads: search for relevant content before posting ; 2. Is it too severe to directly delete posts that are repeated? Many new members are not familiar with the content of the forum, and in some cases the key terms of a post are not reflected in its title ; It is recommended to close duplicate posts with similar themes ; 3. There are too many penalty provisions throughout the regulations; they seem to be too severe ; It is recommended that moderators actively rate members, giving higher scores to those who post questions and to those who provide answers; they should also award more \"charm\" points to encourage greater participation and a more lively atmosphere in the foreign language forum. Let’s talk about quantity first, then quality. This post was last edited by niulijun117 on 2009-3-12 at 13:54.]
The solar regulations are mainly established in response to some issues in the chemical industry zone. Given that these are the rules for the entire foreign language section, and especially the issues existing in the general section, please refer to the rule-discussion thread initiated by the miniascape moderator when having discussions: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-405740-1-1.html The regulations regarding reposting and spamming, etc., there are very useful as references. The final rules should be concise, comprehensive, and clear.
I. Discussion of certain clauses 1.2 The request post should provide relevant background information (such as industry, professional details, or device type, etc.), or surrounding sentences to describe the content for which help is being sought; if it truly is an isolated piece of information, this should be indicated. Violating these rules will prevent others from providing effective assistance on the requested topic, resulting in a loss of 2 wealth points. Requests such as “How to improve my English level” are deleted as meaningless posts. 2.1.4 Duplicate posts and ads should be deleted directly. It is recommended to include repeated posts in the rules for topic posts, and advertising posts in 2.1.2. As follows: 1.4 Search within the forum before posting; those who post duplicate entries and fail to respond to warnings will have their posts deleted and lose 2 points. 2.1.2 Posting advertisements or copying others’ replies: 2 points deducted from wealth. Multiple violations of clause 2.1.5. II. It is recommended to add the following clause: 1.5 Reposted posts: A maximum of 3 posts per person per day are allowed, and the content must be edited before publication; otherwise, 3 points will be deducted. 1.6 Poems, jokes, riddles, proverbs, and tongue-twisters should be posted in the Fun English section. 1.7 When uploading a material post, provide a brief introduction to the material along with screenshots of the cover page, table of contents, first page, and last page; otherwise, it will be deleted and 2 points will be deducted. The above is for everyone’s discussion.
1. For similar topic posts, provide the relevant links and then close them immediately. 2. Posts about irrigation should be deleted immediately and the author should be given a warning. Those who ignore repeated warnings have a small amount of wealth taken from them. 3. Give positive ratings to members to boost the popularity of the foreign language forum. Members who provide answers to requests should receive higher ratings.
I support the suggestion made by Solar Moderator; I have also called for posts to be formatted properly in the past, and I hope such rules will be maintained to keep the communication space clean. Severe penalties should be imposed on those who maliciously attack others, while those who actively participate in technical exchanges can receive higher rewards.
