Heat balance problem in PROII tower simulation

I’m learning *PROII; I’ve done simulations for several towers and found that when the calculations don’t work, it’s basically due to uneven heat distribution. I don’t understand why the heat distribution is uneven. What issues should be considered when setting up a tower? I hope experts can share their experience. . .
When calculating the tower, heat needs to be taken into account; however, if there is an imbalance, the heat value can be fixed first – it can be set at a high value, and then adjusted gradually after everything is working properly
What does it mean to release heat? No cyclic heat exchange? . . . It’s relatively easy to achieve a fixed calorific value, but I prefer to focus on control. . .
