What’s wrong with not being able to log in to the forum?

On the 10th of March, I logged into Haichuan early in the morning, but I just couldn’t get in. But other websites work fine; I thought I had been abandoned by Haichuan! Are there system maintenance dates on a weekly or monthly basis, which would prevent us from accessing it? ? ?
During those days, the system might be backing up, which could affect logging in. Generally, when a system is upgraded or backed up, there is a notification at the top.
It was the same for the past two days; I thought it was a network issue.
I was doing data backup a few days ago; what about these past few days?
