Representative form of prototype products for Class D pressure vessels

Dear colleagues, our company is applying for a manufacturing license for Class D pressure vessels. Since we have no prior experience in manufacturing such vessels, we are not clear about the requirements regarding sample products to be produced for the purpose of testing in the context of Class D pressure vessel manufacturing. Anyone who knows more on this topic could please provide some guidance.
Whatever, just make a simple small carbon steel pot – the cost isn’t high either
Create a low-cost version that also takes into account the company’s future products; ideally, the prototype can be put to use.
Pay attention to the following points. 1. Make it smaller; consider saving money. 2. Make it a more commonly used item – should we consider selling it in the future to increase profits? For the test products, I suggest you go with in-line, fixed-row, air storage tanks, and steam distribution cylinders. It has a simple structure, high sales volume, and is quite representative.
Simple pressure vessel products, such as gas storage tanks and steam distribution cylinders, are great!
It should cover the types of products applied for, including Category 1 low pressure, Category 2 low pressure, and Category 2 medium pressure; it is preferable to have storage tanks and heat exchangers, with at least one unit requiring heat treatment.
Make a steam cylinder and then a diaphragm air tank; both of these are in high demand. It should cover pressure vessels of categories 1 and 2, without incurring excessive costs.
