I am simulating Lurgi's low-temperature methanol washing, 7-tower process. I am now driving the test. But I don't know how to open the methanol water tower and exhaust gas scrubber, and make the methanol water tower reach full load and stable operation. When opening the methanol water tower, the liquid level must be established first and then the reboiler can be put into use. The initial use time of the tail gas scrubber should be after the low A gas is connected.
The water separation tower is put into use when the thermal regeneration tower is put into use in the boiler~! The exhaust gas scrubber is put into use during gas conduction. Washing water is usually supplied about half an hour in advance.
After the thermal regeneration tower is put into use, the liquid level is established in the methanol-water separation tower, and then the tower top condenser is put into use, and then the reboiler is put into use.； The tail gas scrubber should establish wash water, and then guide the tail gas into T7 when the temperature of the tail gas is >0 degrees.
