May water be introduced at the first plate at the top of the tower when flushing it?
This is feasible; if conditions permit, water can be poured directly into the tower for cleaning after adding water to the top reflux tank. Based on the composition of the residual material in the tower, it can be determined whether it consists of light or heavy components. Once a certain liquid level is reached at the bottom of the tower, steam heating can be applied appropriately; the light components will accumulate in the reflux tank, while the heavy components remain at the bottom of the tower. But after cleaning, pay attention to the discharge and treatment of wastewater.
