When using a centrifuge to dry the powder, many fine particles are thrown out, resulting in significant loss. I’m not sure what methods can be used to reduce this kind of loss; I hope everyone can discuss it.
It is necessary to check whether the gap between the screens of the centrifuge is too large; if so, replacing the screens will resolve the issue； Also, could the amount of material fed be too large? Sometimes, when too much material is fed, the small particles end up being carried away with the liquid.
