The reaction conditions are 400–500 degrees, with a solid-phase reaction (using a catalyst) and no need for stirring. The reaction duration at this temperature is 20–40 hours; however, the heat released during the reaction can cause the temperature to rise by up to 1000 degrees. I would like to ask the experts if there are any solutions available, or what kind of reaction equipment should be used.
Add a few more circuits of circulating water outside the reactor; calculate the heat and flow rate – adding more circuits should work.
Multiple fixed-bed sections can be considered, with heat exchange between sections to achieve cooling.
