2 essential questions in HR interviews: 1. Why did you leave your previous company? There are many reasons for leaving, either on the part of the company or one’s own. The purpose of the question is to see if you are factual and reflective. If you keep attributing your reason for leaving to the company, it can easily make us doubt your real reasons. It’s okay to be honest, such as mentioning that the company has a saturated workforce and one hopes for better opportunities, or proposing to resign voluntarily. 2. If your team is assigned a task that includes elements outside your area of expertise, how will you work together as a team? Observe whether the interviewer truly understands team spirit, and how specifically they would handle such situations. Ideal answer: First, I would carefully examine what specific components these tasks consist of, and which ones are suitable for me to handle. For areas where I’m not very proficient, I ask other colleagues for advice and seek their help to do my best to complete the task. If there is anything that requires my help, I will step forward right away to contribute my modest effort.
