I would like to ask weakly, what does driving in the chemical industry mean? I am not a chemical engineering major. I often hear friends say, haha, my understanding is that production start-up means. Can you experts give me the exact meaning? Thank you.
To put it simply, production means driving, and stopping means stopping production.
The start-up of a petrochemical unit means the start-up of the entire process, including system commissioning, single machine trial operation, device purging, air tightness, water combined transportation, oil combined transportation and product qualification.
1. The process in which a chemical plant stops production and starts up various equipment to prepare for production is called start-up.; Gradually slow down operation from production, stop production, call shutdown ; The new factory is tried to operate to improve the shortcomings of the design and construction, which is called commissioning. 2. The first start-up after the completion of the infrastructure construction. The first start-up after the completion of the infrastructure construction is generally carried out in four stages.: Preparations before driving ; Single machine test run ; Linked test run ; Chemical test run. They are briefly introduced below. 1. Preparations before driving The preparations before driving are roughly as follows:: (1) Acceptance work after the construction project is installed ; (2) Preparation of raw materials, auxiliary raw materials, public works (water, electricity, steam, etc.) required for start-up, and materials required for production ; (3) Preparation of technical documents, equipment drawings and operating instructions, construction drawings of various majors, job operation methods and commissioning documents ; (4) Improvement of workshop organization, staffing and assessment work ; (5) Check the final inspection of piping, mechanical equipment, electrical instruments, safety facilities, blind plates and filters. 2. Stand-alone test run This project is to confirm whether the rotating and waiting equipment is qualified and easy to use, and whether it meets the relevant technical specifications, such as air compressors, refrigeration ammonia compressors, centrifugal water pumps and stirring equipment, etc. The stand-alone test run is carried out without materials and without load. First, disconnect the coupling, start the motor alone, and run it for 48 hours. Observe whether the motor generates heat, vibration, noise, and whether the rotation direction is correct. When the motor passes the test, it is connected to the equipment for testing, and generally runs for 48 hours (this test should be based on the equipment instruction manual or design requirements). During the operation process, after careful observation and instrument testing, it is qualified when the design requirements (such as temperature, pressure, rotation speed, etc.) are met. If any problem is found during the test run, it should be repaired in time together with the relevant personnel of the construction unit. After repair, the test run should be re-tested until it is qualified. The test run time is not allowed to be accumulated. 3. Linked test run Linked test run is a test run that simulates the production state by using water, air or other media similar to the production materials instead of the production materials. The purpose is to test the performance of the production device for continuously passing materials (when water cannot be used for testing, media such as kerosene can be used instead). During the linkage test run, you can also heat or cool the water, and observe whether the instrument can accurately indicate the passing flow, temperature, pressure and other data, and whether the equipment is operating normally. Linked test run can expose some problems in design and installation. After these problems are solved, linkage test run can be carried out until the process is deemed to be smooth. After the linkage test run, the water or kerosene should be drained and cleaned. 4. Chemical commissioning When all the above tasks are completed, the chemical commissioning stage will be entered. Chemical commissioning is carried out in accordance with the established commissioning plan, under unified command, and in the order of chemical production processes. Chemical commissioning varies depending on the type of production. To sum up, the start-up of a chemical production unit is a very complex and important production link. The steps for driving are not the same. A practical driving plan must be formulated based on the technical strength and experience of the specific region and department. The start-up after normal production maintenance is similar to the chemical test run.
It should mean input production and equipment operation.
In simple terms: It is when a new or renovated factory or device starts production.
:lol It's production. Stopping production means stopping. I didn’t understand it before, but I didn’t know about Haichuan at that time.
Some refer to the first production trial run of the equipment.; Or generally refers to a running process in production.
The process from feeding materials to stable operation of production and stable operation of equipment is called start-up.
personal understanding: Start-up refers to the process in which each unit and section of a set of equipment goes from a stopped state to an operating state. As each unit enters the operating state one after another and has target product output, the device enters production. :lol
I think driving is a process in which the raw materials, water, electricity, steam, control, machinery and other functional modules of the factory gradually cooperate to reach normal production and operation status from a standstill!
