A burner is a common term for a combustion device used in industrial fuel furnaces; it can be understood as an abbreviation for “a nozzle for burning fire”. It generally refers to the main body of the combustion device, which has a fuel inlet, an air inlet, and nozzles; its function is to distribute the fuel and the air required for combustion, and to spray them out in such a way that they can burn. To prevent damage to the burner rings, the following points should be taken into account during maintenance: 1. To avoid damage to the cooling jacket and expansion joints of the coal burner, double-sided welding on the burner cover must be ensured during assembly, and the expansion joints should be filled with refractory materials ； 2. Temperature measurements have been added at the inlet and outlet of the coal burner cooling water to facilitate real-time monitoring of the coal burner.
