Nowadays, most small refineries seem to use low-grade oils such as naphtha and chemical raw materials such as mixed aromatics and MTBE to raise the grade before leaving the factory. Does such oil have major defects in quality? This post was last edited by vince2020 on 2009-3-12 21:35 ]
