Without HART, if the range is wrong, debugging should not be possible.
There are four buttons (z+, z-, s+, s-) on the E+H transmitter to adjust the zero position and range. The question is when the E+H intelligent differential pressure transmitter is used to measure liquid level (negative migration), how to adjust these four buttons on site for debugging and commissioning (including migration adjustment)? “There are four buttons (z+, z-, s+, s-) on the E+H transmitter to adjust the zero position and range. First, ensure that the range and zero point of the transmitter are in a writable state. There should be a combination key for write protection and writability (z+ and s- are pressed together or z- and s+ are pressed together. Anyway, one is write-protected and the other is released). It would be great if there is an analog meter for on-site debugging, so that you can clearly see the changes in zero point and range. Under on-site conditions, the positive and negative pressure chambers are in a vented state or the three-valve group positive and negative pressure chambers are closed and the balance valve is opened. In short, the pressures in the positive and negative pressure chambers are equalized. Press the two buttons S+ and S- at the same time to confirm that the current state is full scale. To be safe, press twice. Fill the negative pressure chamber with water and empty the positive pressure chamber, and press z+, z-, at the same time to make the current status zero. Press twice. If there is an analog meter, you can see that the range should be shifted negatively. If possible, you should still dismantle it and use a U-shaped pressure gauge for pressure debugging. :lol
